Clinical Director (RN)
Responsibilities:
Oversee Clinical Services with interdisciplinary team Coordinates Physician Services Works directly with floor nurses to oversee hands on care Assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients. Responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Blended role of a charge nurse and upper nursing management Clinical Director (RN) (RN)
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing 5 years minimal clinical nursing experience, knowledge of MDS and current Federal and State regulations for LTC Current RN license to practice in the State of Ohio CPR Certified
