Supervise and support nursing and medical support staff, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, performance, training, and professional development. Develop and improve clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and processes to enhance patient care, access, efficiency, and consistency across locations. Collaborate with medical providers and organizational leadership to monitor quality, compliance, productivity, patient outcomes, and operational performance. Lead EHR initiatives, staff training, quality improvement efforts, and medical operational projects while promoting integrated, patient-centered care. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree with a minimum of one year of relevant experience accepted. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Experience with clinical office workflows and healthcare operations preferred. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), particularly NextGen
