What We're Looking For:

Active License:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (OK or compact multi-state license).

Leadership Experience:

Proven track record as a DON, ADON, or high-acuity Clinical Manager. (Ventilator or high-acuity respiratory experience is highly preferred, but an exceptional leadership style and eagerness to master our care model are a must!)
