• Full-time Director of Nursing (DON) Huntingdon Valley Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | PA Huntingdon Valley Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical nursing team.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high-quality resident care. We are looking for a strong, hands-on nursing leader who can support staff development, maintain survey readiness, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence in care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations within the facility Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff including Unit Managers and Supervisors Maintain survey readiness and drive improvements in quality measures and clinical outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care Manage staffing, scheduling, and nursing workflows Monitor clinical performance and implement process improvements Participate in care planning and family meetings as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required) 3+ years of experience as a DON in a skilled nursing facility Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process Proven leadership and team management experience Ability to drive clinical quality and operational performance
