Position Summary:

Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The RN - DONwill be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations. Developing short-term and long-term goals for the entire nursing department. Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients. Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes. Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses. Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as an RN. BLS from

AHA. COVID

card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
