## Job Summary Silver Springs of East Norriton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of nursing services, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. ## Duties

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state regulations
• Provide leadership in the delivery of quality patient care
• Develop and Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
• Scheduling
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels within the nursing department
• Oversee resident rights and ensure their well-being is maintained at all times ## Skills
• Strong background in home care, nursing home, assisted living, and/or hospice care
• Proficient in shift management and supervising nursing staff
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
