Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing department, including supervising nurses, CNAs, and other support staff Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services to residents Conduct regular assessments and quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal resident outcomes and satisfaction Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote growth and development Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required by regulatory agencies and management About the
