We are seeking an experienced, strong Director of Nursing (DON) for a confidential opportunity within a well-established skilled nursing facility. This is a key leadership role for a clinically strong, organized, and hands-on nursing leader who is ready to make an impact. This position is being recruited confidentially. Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing all nursing operations and clinical services Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Leading, mentoring, and developing nursing staff Driving quality outcomes and survey readiness Collaborating with administration and interdisciplinary teams Managing staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance

Qualifications:

Active RN license (required) Prior DON experience in skilled nursing (strongly preferred) Proven leadership and survey management experience Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead with accountability and support
