In this salaried leadership role, you will oversee our 95-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care in a warm, family-like environment. Core Responsibilities Clinical Leadership:
Direct and oversee all nursing operations, ensuring 24/7 care standards are met for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents.
ComplianceQuality:
Maintain full compliance with federal (CMS), state (PA DOH), and local regulations; lead the facility through state surveys and inspections.
Team Management:
Mentor and supervise the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), fostering a culture of accountability and "compassion meets excellence".
Operational Oversight:
Collaborate with the Administrator to manage the nursing budget, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
Resident Care:
Ensure optimal patient outcomes by overseeing care planning, infection control, and wound care protocols.
Qualifications Licensure:
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience (ADON or DON level preferred). Strong background in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of state/federal regulations, Medicare/Medicaid standards, and clinical best practices.
Skills:
