William Penn Care Center - Jeannette, PA William Penn Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist in leading our nursing team and supporting quality resident care throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
Current active RN license in Pennsylvania Supervisory experience in long-term care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of state/federal regulations and survey readiness
Responsibilities Include:
