DIRECTOR OF NURSING

(DON) Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance Supervise, develop, and support nursing leadership and staff Monitor staffing, clinical outcomes, documentation, and care standards Participate in QAPI, surveys, audits, and performance improvement initiatives Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team Promote staff accountability, retention, and a positive workplace culture

QUALIFICATIONS

Active RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting Strong knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements Proven leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities DON or ADON experience strongly preferred
