Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities Include:
The professional knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize develop and direct the overall operation of the Resident Care Department in accordance with the current state, federal and local standards to insure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Qualified by experience and training to assess resident needs and to develop a service care according to these needs. Lead, develop, and support nursing team, med techs and care staff through role modeling and the company culture. Lead the community medication management and clinical quality assurance programs Coordinate with physicians, rehab, and other select preferred providers to promote positive clinical outcomes. Communicate regularly and timely with families regarding care and medical issues via phone, email or care plan conferences.:
Qualifications:
RN/LPN preferred but not required Two or More years of supervisory experience and One Year in Assisted Living/Personal Care preferred:
