Director of Nursing (DON) — Part-Time /

Flexible, part-time / as needed CareLiving LLC is a licensed home care agency providing personal care, companionship, and respite services that help clients remain safe and supported at home. We are expanding our services across the region and looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Director of Nursing in a part-time, flexible capacity, to support client assessments, care planning, and caregiver oversight as we grow our Pittsburgh team. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial client assessments and periodic home visits to evaluate personal care needs and home safety Develop, review, and update individualized care plans Provide guidance to caregivers and our care coordination team Support caregiver training and competency evaluations Communicate with clients and families about care needs and changes in condition Assist with documentation, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable Pennsylvania home care requirements Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in Pennsylvania Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience Home care, home health, geriatrics, or community health experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Reliable transportation and availability for local home visits Familiarity with Pennsylvania home care regulations preferred Why Join CareLiving?
