Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Registered Nurse (RN) | Part-Time Treasure Coast Homecare Specialists (TCHS) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This leadership position is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN, Clinical Manager, ADON, or DON who enjoys a flexible schedule while providing clinical oversight and direct patient care.

Compensation:
$1,200 biweekly (based on experience) Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily clinical operations of the agency. Conduct Start of Care (SOC) assessments and complete OASIS documentation in accordance with Medicare guidelines. Perform RN supervisory visits as required by agency policy and regulatory requirements. Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Review, approve, and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to field nurses and caregivers. Coordinate care with physicians, hospitals, case managers, therapists, clients, and families. Obtain physician orders and ensure timely implementation of care plan changes. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. Assist with survey preparation and ensure compliance with AHCA, Medicaid, CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs), HIPAA, OSHA, and agency policies. Assist with staff orientation, training, and competency evaluations. Participate in on-call clinical support as needed. Qualifications Required Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of home health nursing experience . Experience completing OASIS Start of Care (SOC) assessments. Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and home health regulations. Strong assessment, documentation, clinical decision-making, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid Florida driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Preferred Previous experience as an ADON, DON, Clinical Manager, or RN Supervisor. Experience with Medicaid Waiver, State Medicaid, Private Health Insurance, Medicare, Private Duty Nursing (PDN), and Skilled Home Health. Experience with AHCA surveys, accreditation surveys, and
QAPI. EMR
