Join Our Growing Leadership Team Perennia Senior Living is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Regional Nurse who also holds a current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys mentoring teams, building quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping assisted living communities achieve excellence in resident care. We partner with assisted living communities throughout Minnesota to improve quality outcomes while supporting employees and residents alike. Position Summary The Regional Director of Nursing/LALD provides clinical leadership and operational support to multiple assisted living communities throughout Minnesota. This individual works collaboratively with Executive Directors, Assisted Living Directors, Regional Leadership, and ownership to ensure compliance with Minnesota Chapter 144G, promote quality resident care, and support successful operations. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and consultation to assisted living communities. Mentor Assisted Living Directors and nursing leadership. Assist communities in maintaining compliance with Minnesota Chapter 144G. Conduct routine clinical and regulatory audits. Prepare communities for state surveys and assist during survey activities. Review incidents, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitor medication management and clinical documentation. Support infection prevention and control programs. Assist with admissions and resident assessments as needed. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. Provide staff education and leadership development. Serve as the Licensed Assisted Living Director for designated communities when assigned. Assist with new acquisitions, transitions, and operational projects. Qualifications Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license (required). Minimum of three years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care. Thorough knowledge of Minnesota Chapter 144G regulations. Experience with state surveys and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to travel throughout Minnesota. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Multi-site leadership experience. Experience leading survey preparation and plans of correction. QAPI and quality improvement experience. Change-of-ownership or startup experience is a plus. What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation. Flexible scheduling.
