Job Description
Overview Job Description ASK Home Health Care is looking for an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) who is excited to help build and grow a new home health agency from the ground up. As the owner, I have worked with multiple home health agencies and am now bringing that experience and passion for quality care into building my own company. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of their role, and contribute their knowledge, ideas, and experience as we develop our clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have several years of Director of Nursing and home health experience, be focused, dependable, and comfortable providing suggestions and guidance. I value collaboration and am very open to the DON's professional input as we build the agency together.
