Job Overview:

Train and develop the MDS Nurses at each facility to ensure the completion of the Resident Assessment in accordance with current company, Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Build relationships, advise on and help implement effective systems Assure that the highest efficiency, quality, resident care and safety are being maintained

Qualifications:

Must have RN License 3+ years' MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility Experience in multi-facility oversight role preferred Ability to travel Able to prioritize and organize tasks at hand to meet specific deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Knowledge of state regulations
