Assistant Director of Nursing Job Summary:

AdviniaCare Providence is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical functions of the facility, including reviewing documentation, conducting rounds with physicians, and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Manage staff, including assigning shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional care delivery Hold in-services and training sessions to educate staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices Assist with staffing, including scheduling and recruiting nurses and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated care experience for our residents Focus on quality assurance and performance improvement, identified areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the quality of care

Requirements:

RN Preferred License in good standing in the state of RI Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction
