Greater Augusta / Central Savannah River Area (South Carolina)

Established Acute Care & Behavioral Health System The Opportunity Are you a visionary nurse leader looking for the perfect balance of local autonomy and corporate support? We are seeking a Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) to lead our psychiatric nursing team within a premier 270+ bed acute care system. In this role, you aren't just an administrator—you are a mentor and a strategist. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited RN program. BSN required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred (candidates currently pursuing an MSN will be considered).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare, with a strong preference for nursing leadership and at least 5 years of management experience.
Specialization:
Strong background in Behavioral Health is essential.
Licensure:
