Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN The Greens at Hendersonville | Hendersonville, NC Up to $12,000 Sign-On Bonus The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a strong and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nurse ready to grow into senior leadership while helping lead a dedicated clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Position Summary:
The ADON works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee day-to-day nursing operations, support compliance, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff Promote quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes Assist with care plans, assessments, and documentation compliance Support infection prevention and survey readiness efforts Help manage staffing, workflow, and team accountability Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to enhance resident outcomes
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina RN license in good standing Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to motivate teams and lead with professionalism Why Join The Greens at
