This was a de novo facility that has been serving the community since 2010. The hospital has 20 inpatient beds, 18 observation beds, and a 2 bed ED that sees 80 patients per month. There are 10 OR's and 2 PR's where 1,200 to 1,500 surgical cases are done per month. Required Experience:
Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required) Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (required) Experience Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting Proven leadership over multiple, complex nursing or clinical departments Surgical background/leadership experience required CNO experience and surgical hospital experience preferred Licensure & Certifications Active RN license in the state of practice AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification The employment practices of USPI and its companies comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
