Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Clinical Services department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards. The DON will work collaboratively with the administrative support team to establish an effective and efficient work environment to provide excellent quality of care to residents while embracing a culture of empowerment and educational development.
