Full-Time A confidential senior living organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and provide exceptional care to residents. This position is ideal for an experienced LPN or RN who is passionate about resident-centered care, team development, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Oversee nursing and clinical services within the community Lead, coach, and develop the nursing and care team Ensure quality, safe, and compassionate resident care Manage assessments, care plans, medication management, and clinical documentation Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate interventions Partner with physicians, pharmacies, healthcare providers, hospitals, and families Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations, licensing requirements, and clinical standards Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management Monitor clinical quality and implement improvement initiatives Support survey readiness and maintain accurate clinical records Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community leadership Promote a positive culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-focused care Qualifications Current LPN or RN license in the applicable state Previous nursing leadership or management experience Senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred Strong knowledge of clinical regulations and compliance Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a nursing team Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and leadership What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Retirement savings opportunities Professional development and career growth Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team culture
