This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing nursing staff effectively. The role requires a strong background in nursing management and administration, with a focus on fostering a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices to support the overall mission of the healthcare facility. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Oversee nursing administration tasks, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for weekend coverage. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards to maintain accreditation and safety standards. Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing complex patient care issues as needed. Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
