Our ADONs are experts in their field and support our clinical teams within a particular skilled nursing facility. About You:
2-4 Years of
LONG-TERM CARE
& Management Experience Creative, forward thinker Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals System focused, mission driven Wound Care Experience Must be a licensed RN or LVN. Must have a strong desire to help others, a positive attitude, and great work ethic. Must be a team player, polite, and possess the ability to think critically. This position is perfect for an experienced clinical leader looking to launch their skills forward to generate real change in Long-Term Care.
