ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING

(ADON) The Basis function of the ADON is to assists the Director of Nursing in the overall management of the Nursing department. Provide routine daily care and services that support the care delivered to patients requiring long term or rehabilitative care, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor.
