Director of Nursing Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to promote high-quality care Coordinate and supervise the activities of the nursing staff, including scheduling, staffing, and mentoring Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects

Requirements:
