The Heights of Tyler is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to play a key leadership role in guiding our nursing team, strengthening clinical practices, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our residents. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, day‑to‑day impact by supporting frontline caregivers, partnering with leadership, and advancing quality, compliance, and compassionate care—all while growing your career in long‑term care leadership and helping us fulfill our mission to Make Lives Better .
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00PM Compensation:
$75,000-$90,000 annually, based on experienceAdditional Requirement:
Participation in an on‑call rotation What You'll Do As the RN ADON, you will play a vital leadership role by: Supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated nurses and CNAs. Partnering with leadership to implement innovative practices that improve resident outcomes and enhance quality of life. Driving compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. Serving as a role model and resource for your team, building trust and empowering others to succeed. What You Bring A current and valid Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license) is required. At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience is required.
