Director of Nursing MH Canyon Rim Salary Monument Health Canyon Rim, LLC Salt Lake City, UT Job Details 8 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification RN License English Full Job Description The Director of Nursing (DON) works under the director of the Executive Director and is responsible for all clinical components of resident care and manages the Nursing Department and its employees. The DON is a member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team and oversees resident care, MDS, infection control, quality assurance, resident safety, drug management, resident assessment and all other aspects of resident care, including ensuring the facility follows all Company clinical policies and procedures as well as meeting all state and federal laws and regulations. In the absence of the Executive Director, the DON ensures proper operation of the facility. The Director or Nursing is responsible for hiring, training and supervising all Nursing Department employees. > Active, Non-Probationary RN License > Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English We stand as an unwavering monument to professionalism, exceptional care and superior healthcare outcomes.
