You'll oversee client care plans, support and evaluate our caregivers, and help ensure we deliver safe, high-quality, compliant care. You'll also play a key part in our growth as we build hospice staffing partnerships. What You'll Do Assess new clients and develop individualized written plans of care Conduct periodic supervisory visits and keep care plans current Be reachable by phone or secure message during service hours for clinical questions Plan and lead caregiver in-service training and competency evaluations Oversee infection control practices and clinical documentation Support intake and coordination for hospice-referred clients as we grow The full scope of duties and responsibilities will be reviewed in detail during the interview and orientation. What We're Looking For Current, active, unencumbered Virginia RN license (or multistate privilege to practice in Virginia), in good standing Able to clear a Virginia criminal background check with no barrier crimes Current TB screening and required health clearances 2+ years of home health, home care, or personal care experience preferred Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently What We Offer A part-time, flexible independent contractor engagement — no full-time hours required Reliable, predictable pay: a monthly retainer plus per-visit fees, paid on schedule Mileage reimbursement for supervisory and assessment visits Access to our scheduling and documentation platform, with all referrals and intake paperwork provided A meaningful leadership role with a growing, community-focused home care organizatio
