- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to help oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing administration and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
- Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all nursing staff within the facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
- Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and coordination of services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize knowledge of MDS systems, and shift management to optimize operations
- Provide leadership in areas such as home health, hospice care, and home care services
- Experience
- Active RN/LPN license
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive positive outcomes
