Your Role:
As the Director of Nursing / Wellness Nurse, you will lead and oversee all aspects of resident wellness, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care in our Memory Care facility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating the clinical team to uphold care standards. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in alignment with regulatory guidelines. Fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and joy within the community. Partnering with families to ensure optimal care outcomes. Supporting memory care initiatives and innovative wellness programs.

Experience:
Proven nursing leadership in assisted living or similar senior care settings.
Skills:
Expertise in person-centered care, team management, and creating a nurturing environment for residents and staff.
