Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Skilled Nursing Marketer to lead our outreach efforts within the healthcare industry. This role is vital in promoting our skilled nursing services through innovative marketing strategies, building strong relationships with referral sources, and elevating our brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive demand and increase patient admissions. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations to promote skilled nursing services. Create compelling content marketing materials. Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach efforts and nurture referral relationships. Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical teams, sales teams, and external vendors to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign success. Oversee the management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives. Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and community needs to inform strategic planning. Manage a team of marketing professionals or external agencies to execute projects effectively while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing management within healthcare or senior care settings, with a focus on skilled nursing or similar services. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; excellent organizational skills. Experience managing marketing or public relations teams with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) outreach. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing referral networks effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for performance marketing improvements. Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders across healthcare communities and internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
