SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (40 hours/week)
START DATE
ASAP (Flexible)
RATE:
$30-$40/hour DOE A wonderful family in North Bend is looking for a warm, engaging, and dependable nanny to care for their 1.5-year-old child. They are hoping to find someone with a genuine love for working with children who can provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment while encouraging learning, development, and exploration throughout the day. The ideal nanny will be attentive, patient, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative while maintaining open communication with the parents. This family would love someone who enjoys staying active, getting outdoors, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and creating engaging opportunities for their little one to learn and grow. They are looking for a nanny who will become a trusted and valued part of their child's daily routine.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide warm, attentive care in a safe and engaging environment Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and development Support developmental milestones through play, exploration, and daily interactions Enjoy walks, outdoor play, and other activities in the community Maintain consistent routines while remaining flexible to the child's individual needs Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for the child Handle child-related tasks including laundry, dishes, and keeping play areas tidy and organized Rotate toys and activities to encourage learning and engagement Maintain open communication with parents regarding the child's day, routines, and important updates
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional childcare experience Experience with ages 1 and up 3 long-term childcare references CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start) Ability and desire to commit long-term
