The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading resident care services, supporting caregiving staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring residents receive high-quality, individualized care. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in senior living who is passionate about serving the elderly population and creating a positive environment for residents and staff.
