$93,857 - $126,983 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role: Direct services, workflow, and resources for assigned long-term care nursing area. Develop departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the long-term care health care delivery system. Direct forecasting, planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating all clinical services and programs to ensure high quality resident care. Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives. Prepare and monitor budget(s) and ensures that assigned nursing area operates within allocated funds. Coordinate and direct internal and externally-driven audits. Monitor admissions, discharges, and transfers to assure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider preferred.
Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional requirements you'll need: No additional preferences. Life at
