ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Assistance in the management of the day-to-day clinical operations of the community. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services. Assist in training and development of staff, development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction. Wound care specialist. Responsible for management of facility wound care program and wound assessments. Infection Preventionist role responsibility with specialized training completed or willing to complete to meet CMS requirements. Establish a climate necessary for continuous improvement. Experience & Qualifications Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current certification in adult CPR. 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatric nursing preferred. Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred. LTC Management Experience with excellent clinical evaluation skills. 2+ years of experience as an RN; one year required working in Skilled nursing, long term care. Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding long term care. Are you trustworthy and respectful of others?
