What You'll Do As our Director of Nursing, you'll lead all clinical operations while ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor the nursing and caregiving teams Oversee resident health and wellness programs Complete resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations and community policies Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapy providers, and families Review physician orders and oversee medication management Support admissions through clinical assessments Coach, train, and develop clinical staff Promote quality improvement and excellent resident outcomes Participate in emergency preparedness and safety programs Serve as a trusted resource for residents, families, and team members Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program One or more years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience in assisted living, senior living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital nursing, or a related healthcare setting Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Passion for serving older adults Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Why You'll Love Working Here $5,000 Sign-On Bonus We value great leaders and want to invest in yours.
