Job Description

The Assistant Director of Nursing is a full-time salaried position in our Lake Geneva facility. It is primarily a day shift position with weekend and evening on-call responsibilities. The Assistant Director of Nursing will report to the Director of Nursing and will work alongside our social worker, nurse practitioner, and facility ownership as part of the healthcare leadership team. The Assistant Director of Nursing directly assists in all aspects of managing the provision of nursing services including assisting with managing staff, assisting with clinical documentation, and coordinating with clinical professionals and families to ensure the best care for our residents. Position Qualifications Qualified candidates must be a Wisconsin-licensed Registered Nurse. Previous experience managing a healthcare team is a plus. Candidates must be able to help lead a team and communicate professionally - representing the Golden Years well with staff, families, and other medical professionals.
