The DON in Training job responsibilities include assisting with the management of the nursing department with the goal of providing a safe, home-like environment where our residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function. This position utilizes sound clinical practices to maintain excellent quality care as well as manages the clinical team and oversees resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication. This exciting opportunity will assist with training and mentorship of a Registered Nurse to grow into a leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
