Job Description

Resident Services Director
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
To direct the day-to-day functions of the CBRF in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing CBRF facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in healthcare field or graduate of RN/LPN program, with current license for the state of Wisconsin CBRF Administrator certification preferred or willingness to achieve within six months of hire Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience, leading and directing a business unit for a CBRF or skilled nursing facility Strong organizational skills Proficient with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills Read, write and comprehend the English language
