Regular Hourly Rate Start Date:

Immediate Opening Responsibilities Direct and oversee all nursing operations within the facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care. Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures. Coordinate with physicians, department heads, residents, and families to ensure quality care. Monitor staffing levels, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required) Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or nursing leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Why Join Us?
