Surprise Health and Rehabilitation Center is the premier respiratory skilled nursing facility in the west valley. With private rooms with state of the art ventilators, continuous pulse ox and ISTAT. We are looking for an amazing leader to lead our program into the future. This position includes being a senior leader of the facility, overseeing the hiring, training, and clinical systems of the RT team.
