Responsibilities Lead and manage rehab services (PT, OT, SLP) within skilled nursing/long term care settings. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance of interdisciplinary therapy team. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based clinical care and documentation compliance. Collaborate with facility leadership and healthcare partners to optimize outcomes and census. Monitor KPIs, caseloads, and budgets; drive operational efficiency and program growth. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development for therapy staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations and company policies. Support program development, clinical initiatives, and quality improvement projects. Foster a supportive, respectful culture focused on dignity and independence for seniors. Communicate regularly with families, physicians, and care teams regarding patient progress.
