Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Manager to lead our inpatient rehabilitation OT services. In this full-time, on-site role, you will supervise therapists and assistants, coordinate interdisciplinary rehab plans, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with our nurturing, dynamic culture.
