Eustis, FL Schedule:
Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience and licensure Join Our Team Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead and oversee our rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily rehabilitation services and department operations. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and professional standards. Develop individualized rehabilitation programs in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Manage staffing, scheduling, resources, and departmental performance. Build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community partners. Monitor documentation and ensure accurate, timely, and thorough therapy records. Lead interdisciplinary meetings and support positive resident outcomes. Identify departmental challenges and implement effective solutions. Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with rehabilitation standards during inspections. Report departmental performance and needs to the Administrator. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation or a related field required. Current, active, and unencumbered therapy license. Open to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy professionals. Minimum 3 years of rehabilitation experience . At least 1 year of healthcare supervisory or leadership experience , preferably in a SNF or hospital setting. Strong knowledge of RUGs and CMI . Prior SNF rehabilitation leadership experience strongly preferred .
