REHAB DIRECTOR
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
REHAB DIRECTOR
to join our team at Gulfport Nursing Center, a skilled nursing facility located in beautiful South Pasadena, Florida. The
REHAB DIRECTOR
will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, overseeing the development and implementation of rehab programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership and management to the rehabilitation team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Program Development:
Design, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs, ensuring continuity of care and meeting the needs of our diverse patient population.
Staff Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor rehabilitation staff, promoting professional growth and development.
Quality Improvement:
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Communication:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Experience:
Minimum 1
Years of Experience Licensure/Certification:
PT/OT/ST/PTA/COTA
