Key Responsibilities:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver exceptional patient care. Developing and implementing strategic plans for rehab program growth, quality improvement, and patient outcomes. Overseeing compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and documentation requirements. Collaborating cross-functionally with medical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:
Current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in a rehab setting. Proven ability to drive team engagement, clinical outcomes, and operational performance. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
