This is a treating leadership position open specifically to licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs). Key responsibilities include:

Lead, support and develop therapy staff Coordinate staffing, scheduling and caseload distribution Provide patient treatment within your PTA or OTA scope of practice Support high-quality clinical outcomes and patient experience Oversee therapy documentation, compliance and quality processes Monitor department performance and operational goals Partner with facility leadership and members of the healthcare team Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training and performance development Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow therapy services Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, facility staff and referral partners

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant "OR" Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Kansas PTA or OTA license, or eligibility for Kansas licensure

Preferred:

Skilled nursing, long-term care or similar rehabilitation experience Previous leadership, supervisory or department management experience Strong communication, organization and team-building skills Experienced clinicians interested in moving into a leadership role are encouraged to apply.
