Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to lead and oversee all rehabilitation services within our nursing home. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and outstanding patient outcomes across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP) Lead, mentor, and evaluate rehabilitation staff Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Develop and monitor rehab programs to meet patient needs and facility goals Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and administration to support interdisciplinary care Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and outcomes Participate in care planning, audits, and performance improvement initiatives Oversee scheduling, documentation standards, and service delivery Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist (required) Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting (required) Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and rehab regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, etc.) Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Equal Opportunity Employer.
